We built the recruiter we always wanted to hire.

Most recruitment agencies are CRMs with WhatsApp groups. We're a technology-first talent partner — built inside an AI company, for the companies building AI. Tech hiring is our flagship; around it we run senior searches across finance, sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership at the same operating standard.

How we got here.

Uplyft Talent was founded in 2026 inside Prosigns — a global AI and software company that had spent eight years hiring technical talent across three continents.

We kept hitting the same wall. Generalist recruiters couldn't assess engineering talent. Global firms were too slow and too expensive. In-house hiring was fast but drained senior leadership time. And nobody — nobody — had a good answer for hiring across Pakistan, Canada, and the United States without three separate providers.

So we built what we needed. Uplyft Talent is that answer, launched as an independent brand with Prosigns backing. An AI-native placement platform. Technical recruiters who've shipped code. Senior function-specific specialists for finance, sales, marketing, operations, and executive search. A cross-border operation that treats all three markets as one standard.

Senior hiring is a domain problem

Recruiting for senior engineers without technical depth is like reviewing code without reading it. The same rule applies across finance, sales, and operations. We hire recruiters who can hold the conversation in the room the candidate will actually work in.

Speed without rigor is a trap

Hiring fast is easy. Hiring fast and right is hard. Every shortcut in the process shows up as attrition 12 months later.

Candidates are not funnels

The shortcut of "blast 500 LinkedIn messages and filter from responses" is industry standard. It's also how you burn your reputation with the best candidates. We don't do it.

The recruiter-employer relationship is the product

Tools help. Platforms help. But on any given placement, the thing that matters most is whether the employer and the recruiter trust each other enough to have a hard conversation fast. That trust is the product.

Uplyft Talent is wholly owned by Prosigns, the global AI and software company founded in 2018. Prosigns provides our engineering infrastructure, back-office support, and the initial capital to build. Uplyft Talent operates independently, with its own leadership, P&L, and market presence.

That structure is deliberate. It means you get the resources of a technology company behind your recruiter — and a recruiter focused entirely on your placement, with none of the distractions of a software business.
